From engineering and manufacturing to final inspection, our dedication to quality shapes every product we make and deliver to our clients.

There are three different activities in the department: 

We ensure the establishment and continuous improvement of our Quality and Environmental Management Systems, certified according to:

• EN ISO 9001,
• EN ISO 14001,
• ASME (U and UM stamps).

Our quality assurance activities include monitoring performance through internal audits, management reviews, and thorough investigation of customer complaints or internal nonconformities. Every step is recorded and reviewed – because we believe excellence is built on transparency and continuous learning.

We ensure that all quality control processes are implemented and strictly followed throughout the production lifecycle.
These include:

• Incoming inspection of incoming materials and components, including incoming inspection of materials according to PED and ASME,
• In-line inspections at critical quality checkpoints during production,
• Final inspection of finished products before shipment

Our rigorous inspections combine visual checks, precision measurements, and a variety of performance and safety tests to ensure every product meets and exceeds expectations.

Key testing procedures include:

• Hydrotest
• Bursting test
• Leakage test
• Surface coating-painting inspection
• Functional tests (of complex products like generators and dryers aswell as pressure drop indicators and condensate drainage).
