The Three member team run for men/women in Ljubljana, Slovenia
On Saturday, 9th May 2015 our 16 teams have atended a traditional run The Three member team run for men/women in Ljubljana, Slovenia. 3 teams have run the 29 km, 13 teams 12,5 km.
The run is organized by the Municipality of Ljubljana and Timing Ljubljana along the traditional march along the barbed wire. This is one of the largest sports and recreational events in our country, which every year attracts more than 30,000 participants. Most of the participants are usually attracted by a march along the trails around Ljubljana (35 km), where between the Second World War the wire fence of Italian and later on the German occupiers was. That’s why it is called “March along barbed wire”. The event is for everybody, younger and older people who are aware of the importance of a healthy lifestyle and want to spend a day in good company, relaxed atmosphere and meet Ljubljana from hiking perspective.
