The new B-AIR PLUS retains the proven features of the previous generation while introducing practical improvements in reliability, servicing and ease of use.
Breathing-air filtration and monitoring in one compact system
B-AIR PLUS combines the B-AIR 0106 three-stage breathing-air filter set with gas analysers in a single robust enclosure.

Simultaneous breathing-air supply
The filtration stages remove solid and liquid particles down to 0.01 μm, reduce oil aerosols to < 0.005 mg/m³ and remove carbon monoxide through a catalytic filtration stage.
Integrated analysers continuously monitor CO, CO₂ and O₂ concentrations in the treated air and activate an alarm when preset limits are exceeded.
When supplied with compressed air of the required quality, pressure and flow, B-AIR PLUS can provide breathing air for up to five users simultaneously.

Designed for quick installation
B-AIR PLUS is designed for applications where mobility, limited installation space and quick commissioning are important.
Installation requires only connection to the compressed-air and electrical supply, followed by adjustment of the required pressure and airflow.
