For this reason, OMEGA AIR heat-regenerated adsorption dryers are now equipped with a preinstalled 4G/5G modem for remote connection.
“With remote access, we can provide faster service response, install updates remotely, simplify maintenance, and improve monitoring of dryer operation,” say the experts at OMEGA AIR.
Remote support and monitoring
The integrated modem enables secure remote access to the dryer control system. Through VPN access, authorised OMEGA AIR service technicians can connect to the unit remotely and support customers with diagnostics, programme updates, maintenance checks, and operating history review.
The SIM card is not included as standard and must be provided.
Standard equipment for advanced systems
Remote access is included as standard equipment on all heat-regenerated adsorption dryers, as well as on complete stations such as SKIDS and BOXES.
This makes it especially useful for larger installations, process-critical applications, and systems installed in locations where fast on-site access may not always be possible.

What comes next: AirLink web platform
In addition to integrated remote access, OMEGA AIR is also developing AirLink web platform, which will give users simple access to key operating data through a dedicated web page.
The platform is planned to support remote monitoring of dryer operation, including an overview of system status, event log, and upcoming scheduled events such as service activities and maintenance intervals.
With AirLink, users will be able to follow important system information more easily, while service teams will have better insight into operation history and planned maintenance needs.
