The existing situation at the customer did not provide an adequate dew point, which is very important in precision pneumatic elements and in the transport of bulk material, which is their main product. 

Our task was, therefore, to provide a dew point at high ambient temperatures in summer and at low temperatures in winter. The required drying and filtration capacity, taking into account the correction factors of the temperature regime and pressure, was 110 Nm3 / min. A particularly high challenge was the high expectation of lower electricity consumption costs for new devices.

Based on the input parameters, the most efficient choice was the combined operation of the refrigeration and adsorption dryer, so we configured the frequency-controlled refrigeration dryer RDP 13200 VS and the heat-regenerated adsorption dryer R-DRY 7700 BVA in the direction of maximum energy efficiency.
