UPPER END CAP
End cap ensures correct fitting of the filter element to the filter housing. Depending on application and filter type it can be made of plastic, aluminium or stainless steel.		 filter elementsO-RING SEAL

INTERNAL NONWOVEN LAYER
Internal nonwoven layer gives basic protection of filter media.		 INNER STAINLESS STEEL MESH
Stainless steel expanded mesh supports filtration media layers and give them stability.
COALESCING FILTER MEDIA
Coalescing media separates oil aerosols and droplets from air.		 PLEATED FILTER MEDIA
Pleated filter media provides significant larger surface filter area and lower pressure drop than wrapped one. This layer removes solid particles.
EXTERNAL STAINLESS STEEL MESH
Stainless steel expanded mesh supports filtration media layers and give them stability.
LOWER END CAP
Lower end cap assures reliable cartridge fitting. Depending of application and filter type it can be made of plastic, aluminium or stainless steel.		 DRAINAGE MEDIA
Drainage media on outer side of filter element provides drainage of oil and water to lower sections of filter.

Effective binding materials

Only high quality binding materials are used to achieve a compact form of different filter medias. Reliable connection with end caps is provided by:
- two component,
- epoxy,
- liquid metal or
- silicone binding material.		   High-quality processed welds

All welds of stainless steel expanded mesh are carefully treated. They are grinded and brushed to remove all impurities from surface. Expanded mesh is degreased and cleaned before assembling. Elimination of impurities is guaranteed.		   Welded media layers

Filtration media layers are welded together and wound around the stainless steel mesh. Layers are compact, without moving and without risk for leakage between different media layers.		   Pleated filter media

Pleated filter media provides significant larger surface filter area and lower pressure drop than wrapped. Lower pressure drop results in longer service intervals and system savings.		   European materials

Only high-quality european materials with certificates and proven performance are integrated in each filter cartridge. Production process includes mostly gentle handmade production.
