B-DRY TAC heatless regeneration adsorption dryers with activated carbon tower

B-DRY TAC heatless regenerative adsorption dryers have been designed for drying and purifying compressed air for applications requiring oil-free compressed air (oil class 0/1 according to ISO 8573-1 ). The operation of the dryer requires two columns operating alternately. The adsorption takes place under pressure in the first column while the second column is regenerated with a portion of compressed air already dried at ambient pressure. The dryers consist of an upper and lower control block, a controller with digital display and two columns filled with adsorbent. The third column is filled with a load of activated carbon which reduces the concentration of oil mist and odor to an acceptable level for your application. Flow distributors located at each end of the columns allow efficient distribution of air flow and optimal performance. The proven rugged design enables efficient and reliable operation, quick installation and simple maintenance.
